The matriarch, with practiced hands, transforms the day’s catch, elevating its flavors with the simplest yet finest olio, pressed from olives grown on their land. As the midday sun bathes Puglia in golden light, the family gathers for a leisurely lunch, savoring each bite while soaking in the sweeping views of their estate.
